Original era manufacture. Winchester manufactured bayonet for the US M1917 Rifle. Steel patina finished blade, with no corrosion issues, scattered spots of staining but no pitting. Steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, with scattered areas of surface corrosion, with a series of numbers and letters stamped on one side. The lock button works properly. Original wood grips with two securing screws, stained from use. Very nice original scabbard with the M1910 belt hook.
