Original era manufacture. Standard pattern M1917 Bolo knife as used during WWI. Dark finish to the blade, with evidence of old sharpening to the edge and point, clear markings on the ricasso.Dark finish to the pommel and guard, with light finish wear on the edges. Very sound rough hewn wood grips.Canvas and leather scabbard covering over the rawhide covered wooden scabbard. Clear, Bauer & Bros.1918 markings on the leather covered tip.
