Original era manufacture. Clear markings on the ricasso, A.C.CO. CHICAGO 1918, and U.S.MOD1918.C.T. The blade has been cleaned at some point with traces of the original finish remaining at the base of the blade. Nice wood grips, original dark finish to the guard and pommel. Very nice leather and canvas scabbard also dated 1918.
