Original era manufacture. US WWI M1917 Doughboy camouflaged helmet, with three holes on each side of the brim which served as connecting points for the Wilmer Eyeshield. The names of several famous battlefields are noted on the camouflage panels; Aisne-Marne, Champagne-Marne and Meuse Argonne. Denting to the top of the helmet, with fading and surface corrosion on the camo panels. Complete liner with a broken, yet full-length leather chinstrap.
