Original era manufacture. A sound example of the standard British made Doughboy helmet of WWI. Most of the original rough paint finish is present with an intact original black oilcloth liner. Complete and unbroken leather chinstrap. The rubber internal liner doughnut appears to be missing, or removed for wear.
