Original era manufacture. Standard, US made Doughboy helmet of WWI, clean shell with original rough finish, intact original liner with adjusting instructions, no chinstrap.  Painted on the front in red paint is the Pennsylvania Keystone topped by the letters MG. Worn by Lt. H.W. Billman who served with Company D, 109th MG BN, 28th Division in France during WWI.
