Original period manufacture. A complete example with most of its original factory finish remaining. Nine inch triangular shaped blade with a very sharp tip, steel guard with 6 pyramid shaped protrusions on the knuckle bow.Original finish wood grip showing some typical scratching and denting from service use, with the letter F scratched into one side. Dark green leather bodied scabbard with matching patina to the throat and tip. 1918 dated near the stitch line.The knife is complete, and clearly marked L.F.&C on the guard.
