Original era manufacture. A very clean example, standard pattern officers hat of the era with Maine State Seal side buttons and the letters ME over the eagle device. There are about 11 very small mothbites in the wool body of the hat, the largest of which measures 3x5mm. Nice lining, no damage to the chinstrap or visor and the hat is not crushed.
