Original era manufacture. Army issue green cotton coat, with Medical & US collar discs, honorable discharge stripe, three overseas stripes and on the right sleeve a chevron indicating the rank of Medical Sergeant 1st Class. Early, rimless pattern enlisted buttons (1 missing, top left pocket), faded issue tag inside the lower right pocket. The coat is clean, showing evidence of an old ironing on a starched finish.
