Original era manufacture. A clean example of the10 pocket enlisted medical belt in khaki colored canvas. Darkened brass fittings throughout, with MILLS markings on the adjusting tabs. The interior of the belt displays an area of a blacked-out unit marking or an individual's name. No fraying, all of the snap closures work as they should, normal age and wear overall.
