Original era manufacture. US WWI named and numbered Purple Heart with ribbon bar. Paul St. John #69728. He served as a Corporal in Company H, 111th Infantry and was slightly wounded on the 29th of September 1918. Suspension brooch has been modified, the ribbon bar is pinned to the ribbon.
