Original era manufacture. Khaki canvas haversack, which must have been the inspiration for the M1936 Musette Bag, but in this case, with a single closure strap. Pale gray leather reinforced bottom, no visible markings. Complete with a detachable shoulder strap. Minor staining from service use, both of the spring steel tabs are missing from the strap attaching hooks, still functions properly for display.
