Original era manufacture. A very clean example of a WWI M1910 Shovel Cover, for the T-Handle Shovel. Maker marked on the reverse, N.B.CO. 1917, with a unit stencil on the front for CO E Company, 133rd Infantry. Strong colors, clear markings. 133rd Inf'y formed part of the Iowa National Guard. They served in France, arriving there in October 1918.
