Original era manufacture. Commercially produced after the end of WWI, at least we think its a commercial example, as we've seen these before over the years. DEWAT 75mm shell with a black painted finish. Engraved into one side is VICTORY NOV.11,1918 and stamped into the driving band is "they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks, nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore". Brass base with simulated brass fuze at top. Looks like it should work but it should be re-wired to be safe.
