Original era manufacture. Tinned steel lid, measuring 8x2 inches with impressed lettering, HARD BREAD 8 OZ U.S.Q.M.C. Certainly an odd item to preserve, but nonetheless, here it is. Shows age and wear, scattered light surface corrosion.
