Original era manufacture. Standard pattern medal with its original ribbon. Mounted to the ribbon are three original campaign or battle bars. Montdider-Noyon, St. Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne. Nice vintage look to the ribbon, complete with its proper wrap brooch suspension bar.
