Original era manufacture. Standard pattern medal with its original ribbon. Mounted to the ribbon are four original campaign or battle bars. Somme Offensive, St. Mihiel, Meuse-Argonne and Defensive Sector. Wear to the edges of the ribbon, however not rotted or torn, complete with its proper wrap brooch suspension bar.
