Original era manufacture. Cotton embroidery on a blue wool felt backing. Does not glow, small moth bite at top.This was one of the souvenirs brought home from WWII by Pfc. R. Neil, 327th Combat Engineers, 102nd Infantry Division. Purchased from the family
