Original era manufacture. Standard cotton embroidered, cut-edge patch which does not fluoresce under a UV light. The Airborne tab is stitched to the body of the patch, and the soldier has decorated the edge of the insignia with Infantry blue piping for an overseas hat. Wear and minor fraying to the piping, removed from a uniform.
