Original period manufacture. Imitation silk window banner, Retail Award, for the 4th War Loan, January-February 1944, when over 17 Billion dollars were raised. The banner measures 25 x 17 inches (including bottom fringe), and has been corner mounted to a piece of paper with glue. Blue flocked design, on white imitation silk. Minor tears and wear spots, it would look great in a frame.
