Original era manufacture. We have owned a number of these great little helmets over the years, each with a different enameled emblem on the front. This example displays the insignia of the 5th Army, which served under General Mark Clark in Italy during WWII. Green paint finish showing minor scratching to its surface, quite heavy for its size.
