Original era publication. HB, 262 pages, Infantry Journal Press 1948. Green cloth covers with a color rendition of the 6th  MarDiv's shoulder sleeve insignia. Loaded with photos, easy reading text, photos and names of the Medal of Honor Winners (4) and a full list of the killed and missing, with a listing by name of every Marine presented an award including the Purple Heart. Excellent book, especially with the medal lists. There is a color plate towards the back of the book displaying US awards of honor, a previous owner, perhaps the original one, made some notations next to several medals. Normal handling and wear.
