Original period manufacture. A large pattern patch of white wool felt, with a stitched red and blue design. It measures 5.25 inches across, the quarter shows the size difference. Normal age and wear. Served in the European Theater during WWII, 62 days of combat in two campaigns, suffering the loss of 1,114 casualties.
