Original period manufacture. Cotton embroidered, cut-edge patch which does not fluoresce under a UV light. Normal age and wear. The patch and tab are separate, displaying wear and use.The division fought in seven campaigns during WWII, North Africa, Sicily, Italy, Normandy, Market Garden and the Bulge, among them. The division was credited with 422 days of combat, suffering the loss of 6,993 casualties.
