Original era manufacture. Issue A2 leather flying coat made by Aero Clothing Company of Beacon N.Y. Size marked 42 in the collar. Original cuffs and waistband, showing minor mothing and snagging. Tan cotton lining showing honest wear and use with a few scattered tears at the base of the collar. Machine stitched to the right chest is an embroidered patch of the 345th Air Apaches, and on the left chest a matching construction patch of the 500th Rough Riders. The leather is pliable, with a great vintage look to it. Classic aviators flying jacket of WWII.
