Original era manufacture. Brown cloth flying helmet style headgear as worn by US Navy Aircraft Carrier flight deck personnel. Color coded for the job they were to perform, with brown denoting the position of airplane captain. Nice makers tag on the inside, Helmets, Flight, Deck Crew, made by the Gerber Mfg Co. Size about a 7. Very clean, light wear and use.
