Original era manufacture. Slot brooch suspension with original ribbon. Established in June of 1941 by FDR to honor those who served in the military from 1939 until December 7 1941. The clasp "Sea", was awarded tomembers of the Coast Guard who served on boats making regular coastal patrols, and who did not otherwise qualify for the Fleet clasp. Light age and wear.
