Original era manufacture. US WWII American Red Cross dress with self belt, gray  with removable white pique collar. This dress has removable white epaulets. The dress is fastened with plain white buttons. A large Greek red cross on a white square backing is worn over the left bodice pocket. The cap is "Dutch-type" having a white pique front the machine woven red cross on a square of white cloth in the center and a matching gray back flap, which button to form the headpiece.
