Original era manufacture. US WWII American Red Cross dress with self belt, gray with white pique collar. The dress is fastened with plain white buttons to the waist and snaps from waist to the bottom. A large Greek red cross on a white square backing is worn over the left bodice pocket. One small hole under the collar in the back.This dress is a larger size, 34 inch bust, 46 inches long
