This is a four pocket coat dress with Peacock Green collar insignia indicating Transportation Services. Nice ARC WWII pin on the right side with a green enamel American Red Cross Motor Service Volunteer pin on the left side. A Red Cross ribbon bar is located just above the right top pocket.Size is about a 4/5. Very nice condition with a lot of insignia attached.
