This is constructed of a heavey denim material.The Peacock Green represents Transportation Service.The sleeve has the Motor Service Insignia along with the Sergeant Rank.Missing one button and one button did come off but is in the pocket.In the inside pocket is an ID label with the persons name.Very nice condition. Size is a 4 in todays sizes.
