Original period manufacture. Very pliable brown leather flying helmet with a chamois lining with black rubber ear cups. Clear makers tag on the interior stating the size as Medium and the maker being Consolidated Slipper Corp. The interior shows staining from use but no damage.and remains quite sound. Very clear Army Air Force property stamp in white on the crown of the helmet.
