Original era manufacture. A solid example of the US WWII canteen, cup and cover set. Dark OD cover and trim, stamped with manufacture mark and dated, SHANE MFG. CO. 1945.  WWII stainless steel canteen, US Vollrath,1944, with cap and cork.  Aluminum cup with a folding steel handle, maker marked and dated on the bottom, U.S. E.A.CO.1945. Denting to the upper portion of the canteen body, normal age and wear.
