Original era manufacture. A complete example, not crushed or broken, sound brown composition visor and imitation leather chinstrap, with a thin dark brown leather sweatband, size 6 7/8. Very clear name tag inserted into the sweatshield pocket, Identified to Cpl John S. Murphy, Organization 1024th, Gd. Sq. Ontario, Calif. Army Airfield. Good research potential. Very clean condition.
