Original era manufacture. US WWII Army Nurse Corps purse sized sewing and manicure kit. Never used with 6 colors of thread, two needles, needle threader, metal nail file, emery board and cuticle tool housed in a gold colored case with the medical emblem and Army Nurse Corps on the front. Several in stock, minor details will vary, all are unused.
