Original era manufacture. US WWII Army Nurse heart shaped locket with a gold braided chain. The heart opens up with a hing in the side. Ready for your pictures. Black enameled N over thecaduceus. The chain is 10 inches long with a hook clasp. Looks to never have been used or worn.
