Original era manufacture. Without question, this is the nicest example of a WWII US Army Officers regulation visor hat we have ever offered. It is in the amazing size of 7 3/8 and is in near new conditon. This condition accomplishment was no doubt due to the fact that the hat has lived in its original Desmond's storage box for all these years. A Desmond's label can be seen inside the hat in the sweatshield. The only flaw that we can see is a pinhole size moth bite on the very top of the hat near the right-rear edge. Gorgeous hat.
