Original era manufacture. A beautiful condition WWII Army Officer visor hat, with retailer information on the inside top from The Yanks, tailored by HAAS of Baltimore. Dark olive fur felt top, with a lighter OD woven cap band. High gloss finish to the adjustable chinstrap, and the bound edge visor. Supple brown leather sweatband with very clear retailer information as shown. On the front of the hat is gilded officers pattern eagle. The hat is not crushed or damaged, with zero moth damage. Size about a 7 1/4. Identified to a Lt. Payne.
