Original era manufacture. Private purchase quality wool overseas hat with officer piping. Postwar 1st Lieutenant bar applied to the left front. Maker marked Tailored By Lewis on the leather sweatband. Size marked 7 1/4. Clean, normal age and wear, no issues.
