Original period manufacture. A very clean example of the standard pattern US Army Officers visor hat. Name written inside to one Capt Donaldson and maker marked by Luxemberg of New York, and sold by Vic Hanny Co, Phoenix, Az. Wool fur felt top with a russet brown leather visor and chinstrap. No moth issues to report, size about a 7 1/4 or 58. Very clean, excellent research potential.
