Original era manufacture. Small head pattern wirecutters, maker marked to HKP 1941, no damage to the cutting edges. Light OD canvas carrier showing service use with clear stenciled markings, case is maker marked Wm. Stanley Co. 1941. Overall shows honest service use, one one of the head securing bolts showing a period replacement.
