Original era manufacture. US WWII H-15 Flying Helmet, tan canvas body with it's original makers tag stitched to the interior. Size marked Extra Large. Bates Shoe Co. manufacture. This helmet displays considerable service use in the form of staining and wear to the tan fabric, the leather chinstrap is missing, perhaps removed by the original owner. Inside each earcup is an ANB-H-1 receiver with cord, the jack plug is missing.
