Original era manufacture. A great looking Army officers Flighter model crusher hat by Bancroft, large size, about a 7.  This one rings all the bells; no moth issues, decent size and displaying normal, honest age and wear.The sweatband is securely sewn to the body of the hat, with a near complete sweatshield showing some tearing and missing portions of the sweat shield material. Pliable leather sweatband with gilt lettering, securely sewn to the cap band.
