Original era manufacture. Interesting lot. US Army WAC Nurse metal insignia lot attached to an OD uniform shoulder strap. Two pair Nurse collar insignia, Officer US collar insignia and a pair of 1st Lieutenant Rank Bars. The bars are pinback, the rest are all clutchbacks which are attached. The shoulder strap was cut from a uniform.
