Original era manufacture. This is my guess as to what this is, and was purchased from the estate of a WWII US Army artillery officer.Three inch wide casing with a clear glass bezel. The rim turns so you can set your elevation, and the needle measures pressure per inch. Brown leather carrying pouch with a snap closure. Normal age and wear.Made by Tyco of Rochester NY.
