Original era manufacture. One of those crazy military artifacts which come our way now and again. The collector from whom we obtained this interesting object, stated that he did some research on it, and determined it was for a B-17, rather than a B-24, as the later had larger capacity gas tanks.Boeing marked, with an OD paint finish....fill'er up Mister?
