Original period manufacture. Unopened, US Army OD painted metal bodied Carlisle bandage, residing in a single snap, very pointed flap, light OD canvas belt pouch. Maker marked on the reverse JEFF QMD 1942, clear US stencil on the flap. Nice salty set.
