Unopened, US Army OD painted, metal bodied Carlisle bandage, residing in a single snap, pointed flap, light OD canvas belt pouch.The pouch colors are very strong, clear U.S. stenciling, and a makers marking on the reverse, JEFF Q.M. witha date of 1942. Pretty much storage wear only on the set
