Original period manufacture. Unopened, US Army OD painted metal bodied Carlisle bandage, residing in a single snap, pointed flap, light OD canvas belt pouch. Faint maker mark on the reverse, clear US stencil on the flap. Maker marked J.S.& S.Co. 1943
