Original era manufacture. Slot brooch Purple Heart in its original case of issue. Complete with lapel button and ribbon bar. Normal age and wear, the medal is not  named but it does have a number engraved as shown in the photos. Touch of verdigris staining at the 4 o'clock position on the planchet.
